Well this year i've decided that whilst i'm off work on maternity, I will provide some cakes to sell and also some kit-kats (Personalised of course).
Well kit-kats were the easiest to do first so a quick design and here we are:
Now it was time for the cakes! I love thinking that I can bake and decorate cakes, but every time I follow a recipe, something happens. This time it was with the chocolate icing for the red velvet cupcakes.
It seemed too runny, oh well add a bit more icing sugar, it will be ok!
They look good, i'll see how they taste later with a brew!!
Finally my mini cupcakes which I thought I would personalise as well. Vanilla Cupcakes with a hint of lemon. I think the kids will love these.
Well that's it, drop them off tomorrow and hope they sell (and people like them).
I may even get a few wrapper orders from the kit-kats (I hope).
